Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a well-established company within the automotive industry. The successful candidate must be confident setting and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls
  • Producing precision components to engineering drawings
  • Ensuring parts meet required tolerances and quality standards
  • Working independently with minimal assistance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC Turner
  • Strong experience setting and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc)
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot where necessary
  • Ideally local to Redditch

Desirable (not essential):

  • CNC programming experience, ideally with FeatureCAM

Materials Used:

  • EN36
  • EN24T
  • Various stainless steels

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
