We are currently recruiting for multiple CNC Machinists to join a well-established engineering company based in UB3, West London. Due to continued growth and increased workload, we are looking for experienced CNC Millers, Turners, Programmers, Setters, and Operators to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists to work in a modern manufacturing environment with opportunities for overtime and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities- Set, operate, and/or program CNC machines (milling or turning)
- Work from engineering drawings to produce precision components
- Ensure parts are manufactured to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Carry out tool changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenance
- Inspect components using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges)
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Minimum 3 years’ CNC machining experience
- Experience in one or more of the following: milling, turning, setting, operating, or programming
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience working to tight tolerances
- Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience with multi-axis machines
- Offline programming experience
- Experience in high-precision industries (aerospace, automotive, etc.)
