North Bristol/South Gloucestershire
£28-33k DOE
Working with a growing multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy with six offices across the UK, we have an excellent opportunity for a Consultant Geo-environmental Engineer, to be based in their North Bristol/South Gloucestershire office, looking to build further good experience while working on a varied portfolio of UK infrastructure and development projects. What you will be doing
- Working closely with geologists, engineers, and technicians, you will play a key role in technical delivery across geo-environmental projects.
- Your day-to-day will include:
- Ground investigations, site monitoring & verification visits
- Desk studies and interpretative reporting (with senior support)
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and utility providers
- Organising site works and managing investigations on site
- Supporting project managers and collaborating across disciplines
What do we need?
- A relevant degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering (or similar)
- In excess of 18 months site investigation experience
- Exposure to desk study and interpretative report writing with good written and spoken English
- Familiarity with GIS or environmental modelling tools
- Strong communication skills and a full UK driving licence
