Lead our tech business that simplifies bill payments by enabling customers to pay one bill and split payments among multiple payers.
OUB Sales Team: Our forty‑strong sales team is central to our growth plans and we hire new advisors monthly. You will acquire new customers by making outbound calls to leads generated from multiple sources.
You Will Join One Of Our Two Sub‑Teams:
- Notify Team: Inform new tenants, on behalf of our Notify clients, about their utility suppliers and present the OUB package offering. This team focuses on the rental market.
- SSU (Self Sign Up) Team: Follow up on quotes created via the OUB website for people moving home who have not completed sign‑up.
Regardless of the sub‑team, all advisors confidently promote OUB benefits and close deals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Outbound calls – 52 per day
- Time on phone – 3 hours per day
- Deals created – 17 per day
- Sales closed – 2 per day
Spend most time on the phone, representing OUB and our clients. Manage your own pipeline, create quotes and send emails.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 10 am–6 pm with 1 in every 4 Saturdays required (9 am–5 pm).
Work Location: Office‑based for first six months; potential hybrid working 2 days per week after successful probation.
