A little bit about us
We are One Utility Bill, a service that bundles household utility bills into one monthly payment. Our student brand Fused Bills simplifies utilities for students, allowing them to split bills with housemates and enjoy fixed 12‐month contracts with unlimited energy. This role has seasonal elements as students move in over the summer, so expect to engage with customers seeking 2026 accommodation and enjoy the excitement of peak summer months.
What you'll be doing
The Fused Sales team is at the core of One Utility Bill. As a Sales Team Leader, you will inspire confidence in your team and customers through determination, dedication, and personal approach.
Responsibilities:
- Leading weekly team meetings
- Delivering company updates
- Managing rota
- Holding one‐to‐one sessions with team members
- Coaching, recruiting, training, and onboarding team members
- Building plans to deliver objectives and motivate your team
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies
- Analyzing team performance and reporting on KPIs weekly and monthly
- Conducting call monitoring and feedback
- Serving as first point of contact for handling difficult customer queries and escalations
- Creating training documents for the team
- Collaborating with other department leaders to improve internal processes
- Reducing cancellations in the first 14‐day cooling-off period
- Writing reports and presentations for Senior Leadership and key external stakeholders
