Job Description:

Responsible for the daily operations of the Supervisor Slice (Pizza Outlet), including maintenance and cleanliness of the food preparation area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED as well as a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in the food and beverage area, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • Must have proven track record in a high volume capacity, preferably supervisory position, business management, purchasing and record keeping.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills which include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, specific to position responsibilities.
  • Knowledge or acquired knowledge of computer and software applications, proficient in Excel and Word.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and talk or hear.
  • The employee is required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, colour, peripheral vision and depth perception.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, colour, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
  • Frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting and bending.
