What’s the position? We are seeking a Sportsbook Trader to join our dynamic team and report directly to a Trading Team Lead. As a Sportsbook Trader, you will be part of a high-performing trading function responsible for the content, pricing and risk management across the sportsbook. You will ensure all trading activity aligns with internal risk controls, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. In this role, you will monitor pre and live sports events, analyse market movements, and apply effective price and risk management strategies to optimize performance and maximize profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of U.S. sports, global betting markets, and an ability to identify market trends with precision.

What are we looking for? We are looking for enthusiastic sports people with a genuine passion for U.S. sports and prior experience working in a sportsbook trading or pricing environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting. Key attributes include:

• A strong understanding of sportsbook operations and betting mechanics.
• Experience working in a trading room or similar environment.
• A keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a constantly evolving market.
• A data-led mindset and the ability to interpret, analyse, and act on quantitative information.
• A passion for U.S. sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAF/NCAAB, etc.) and awareness of current betting trends.
