We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the development of our internal admin tools and frameworks. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders to improve the tools that power our business behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:- Assist product leaders in developing and executing the product roadmap by supporting research, requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog grooming.
- Help refine and document requirements to support the development of internal tools.
- Gather feedback from teams to understand operational pain points and feature needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout feature development and testing.
- Support product-related questions and issues by working with operations, support, and technical teams to investigate and resolve problems.
- Assist in tracking basic KPIs related to tool performance, adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Support internal stakeholder communication by documenting requirements, updates, and key decisions.
