We are seeking a Commercial Finance Senior Analyst to lead the commercial reporting and communication initiatives for the Casino vertical. You will be responsible for the content-related costs, ensuring that all commercial agreements are translated into reports as well as validate the relevant vendor invoices. You will be able to produce insights for multiple stakeholders, suggesting improvement areas or flagging concerning cost trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and administer casino commercial agreements, ensuring all contractual terms are accurately captured within billing estimation reports.
  • Validate game commercial rates and pricing structures, ensuring alignment between contractual terms, internal expectations, and vendor invoices.
  • Manage end-to-end game vendor work order processes, including payment approvals and compliance with internal controls.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve monthly reporting and reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational reports, including total costs, key trends, and variance analysis.
  • Communicate monthly reporting outcomes and commercial performance insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to investigate invoice discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and recover outstanding marketing incentives or commercial credits.
  • Collect availability reports from operational teams and calculate applicable service credits in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure invoice accuracy and alignment across regulatory reporting requirements, time zones, and data sources.
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders regarding ongoing deals, bespoke game agreements, minimum guarantees, and other temporary commercial arrangements.
  • Evaluate investment efficiency for internal games, bespoke content and branded opportunities.

What are we looking for?

  • Finance Degree or accountancy qualification is desirable (ideally CIMA).
  • Gaming industry knowledge is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or similar reporting platform.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and passion for data and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including advanced Excel skills.
