About the Role
We are seeking experienced freelance construction trainers to deliver accredited training across a range of construction, safety, and competence-based qualifications. This role suits trainers who are already delivering independently or who are looking to increase their workload with a reliable flow of courses nationwide. Delivery will include classroom, blended, on-site, and test-only models depending on the course and client requirements.
Courses You May Deliver
- NPORS / NUCOS
- CPCS
- EUSR
- NVQs (Levels 2–7) – Occupational Competence / On-Site Assessment
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- First Aid (EFAW / FAW / Emergency & Construction variants)
You do not need to hold all approvals – trainers with specialist or partial coverage are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compliant training in line with awarding body standards
- Maintain accurate learner paperwork and assessment records
- Ensure candidate engagement, safety, and competence throughout delivery
- Represent the business professionally on client sites and training locations
- Comply with awarding body, funding, and quality assurance requirements
Essential Requirements
- Relevant training approvals and registrations (NPORS, CPCS, EUSR, etc.)
- Teaching qualification (e.g. AET / PTTLS or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
