Sales Executive – Remote Construction Sales (Façade & Building Envelope Focus) 📍 Location: Remote (UK-based) – Company based in Kettering 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 💰 Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE + Commission Hard Hat Recruitment are working on behalf of a specialist subcontractor based in Kettering who deliver full-package aluminium window, door, and curtain walling systems to commercial construction projects across the UK. Due to growth, they are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong track record in construction sales – ideally with experience in façades, curtain walling, or building envelopes. 💼 What’s on Offer: * £30,000 – £40,000 base salary (DOE) * 5% commission on all net sales from warm leads * 8% commission on all net sales from new client leads * Fully remote role – work from anywhere in the UK * Career progression into Sales Management or Key Account Management with client-facing responsibilities for the right person 🧩 Key Responsibilities: * Drive new business opportunities within the construction industry * Follow up on warm leads and convert them into sales * Prospect and close new business using your own industry knowledge and initiative * Work to clearly defined sales targets and KPIs * Use CRM software (Capsule) to manage pipeline and reporting * Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers ✅ What We’re Looking For * Previous telephone-based sales experience in the construction sector * Ideally from a background in curtain walling, façades, or cladding * Motivated by performance, commission, and hitting targets * Confident communicator with strong initiative * Able to manage your own time and workload remotely * Experience working to KPIs, targets, and revenue goals This is an excellent opportunity for a driven salesperson to join a forward-thinking business with a strong reputation in the market.
