White Collar Construction Recruiter – Warm Desk with Autonomy Location: Hybrid / Dartford with potential relocation towards Gravesend/Rochester Salary: Negotiable DOE + high commission potential Type: Full-time, Permanent We\’re hiring for a key position – an experienced white collar construction recruiter with a strong track record in placing with both main contractors and subcontractors. This role comes with a warm desk and active client base, with multiple roles already available. You’ll be responsible for servicing these roles while also bringing in new business through your own network and insight. Your sector knowledge and approach will be respected – this is not a role where you’re micromanaged or told how to recruit. You’ll be treated as someone building, not just billing.
