We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to support the commercial delivery of a major mechanical and electrical package on a large construction project in South East London.
The role will involve a split between site-based project work and office-based commercial duties, working closely with the client, project management team, and supply chain to maintain strong financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include managing variations and change control, overseeing job and cost management, producing progress and cost reports, and supporting commercial decision-making on the project. The successful candidate will be confident in client-facing discussions, agreeing commercial positions, and ensuring works are delivered in line with contract and budget.
