We’re currently looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join their expanding projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with long-term commercial contracts, excellent working conditions, and generous overtime and travel pay.
Role Overview
As an Install Engineer, the role is field-based, and you’ll be covering anywhere from Birmingham down with paid travel from door-to-door at 1.5x your hourly rate — making this a highly rewarding package. Work has a potential need for stay away when required; however, the full details will be discussed at interview stage.
Requirements
- F-Gas Certification
- Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems
- Strong technical knowledge of VRF, VRV, and Split Systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Salary & Benefits
- £41,600 basic salary (£20 per hour, based on 40 hrs/week)
- 1.5x pay for all travel time, door to door
- OTE £57,000+ with travel pay (based on avg 10 hrs/week)
