Mechanical Estimator – £400-£450 per day Self Employed, £85,000 PAYE | Rayleigh, Essex | Full-Time Contract We’re looking to bring in a Mechanical Estimator to support a growing pipeline of rail and infrastructure projects for one of our clients. This is a full-time role where you’ll be responsible for pricing mechanical packages from design stage through to tender submission . Consider installation, sequencing, and programme Engage with subcontractors for pricing and input You’ll work closely with a hands-on Director and operational team , who will support on labour allowances and buildability — so you’re not working in isolation. Strong experience pricing mechanical packages Experience working with subcontractors Rail / infrastructure project exposure Basic understanding of electrical interfaces
