Pay: £17.00 per hour (CIS) Full-Time | Temporary Hard Hat Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for an immediate start on a busy construction project in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable contractor.
We're looking for a reliable, safety-conscious individual with previous site experience who can confidently manage vehicle movements and maintain a safe working environment.
Duties include
- Directing site traffic and delivery vehicles
- Banking plant and construction vehicles
- Managing access and egress to site
- Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and workers
- Maintaining traffic routes and exclusion zones
- Communicating with site management and drivers
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
- Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Marshal qualification (Essential)
- Previous Traffic Marshal experience
- Own PPE
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable
- CPCS or NPORS Vehicle Marshal
- Banksman experience
