What You’ll Be Selling

High-converting, modern websites tailored for tradesmen and construction companies. Backed by AI tools and design that drive real, qualified leads.

Your Responsibilities
  • Source your own leads within the UK construction and trade sectors.
  • Pitch and sell our website services remotely.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain records using our provided CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with our team and leverage marketing materials and brand assets to support your sales efforts.
Commission & Incentives

20% commission on every sale — uncapped. (OTE £130,000 Yearly) £10,000 Christmas Bonus if annual targets are achieved. No ceiling, no limits — your income is tied directly to your success.

What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in commission-only roles.
  • Proficiency in cold outreach, relationship-building, and deal closing.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
