A leading global consulting group is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its globally regarded legal management consulting practice. This is a role for an experienced legal or consulting professional who is motivated by purpose-led work and shaping the future of legal services through technology, people and process.
The role works closely with law firms and in-house legal teams, helping them redesign how legal services are delivered, improve efficiency and embed GenAI responsibly and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivers complex legal management consulting engagements, ensuring outcomes meet or exceed agreed objectives and client expectations.
- Works as part of, and managing, specialist teams advising legal departments, contracts functions, and law firms across operating model, process, people, and technology change.
- Manages communication across project teams and senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships at appropriate levels throughout engagements.
- Supervises and develops diverse teams, contributing to an inclusive culture while supporting the progression of less experienced colleagues.
- Enhances existing offerings, contributes to new service development, and supports business development and go-to-market initiatives as the practice grows.
Skills & Attributes
- Relevant education & professional qualifications – Degree or equivalent demonstrating a passion for personal development. Professional certifications such as Prince2, PMI/APM, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
- Legal operations & change expertise – Understanding of in-house legal departments or contract management teams, with proven experience delivering complex change and transformation projects.
- Project management & analytical skills – Strong programme, budget, and change management capabilities, with proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and presentation of insights.
