A leading global consulting group is seeking an Analyst to join its globally regarded legal management consulting practice. This is a role for an experienced legal or consulting professional who is motivated by purpose-led work and shaping the future of legal services through technology, people and process. The role works closely with law firms and in-house legal teams, helping them redesign how legal services are delivered, improve efficiency and embed GenAI responsibly and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities of the Analyst β Legal Management Consulting
- Client work delivery β Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting projects for legal departments and law firms, ensuring engagement objectives are met.
- Support project management β Coordinate and manage workstreams, applying a range of methods, technologies, and approaches to meet client needs.
- Collaborate within teams β Work closely with colleagues and client stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Enhance service offerings β Help improve existing solutions and contribute to the development of new services that anticipate client requirements.
- Develop professional expertise β Participate in projects and training sessions to grow industry knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills.
Skills & Attributes of the Analyst β Legal Management Consulting
- Consulting and transformation experience β Experience in management consulting (or equivalent) and coordinating or managing change and transformation projects.
- Legal sector knowledge β Understanding of in-house legal departments and/or law firm operations, with insight into sector-specific challenges.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills β Able to research, analyse, and present recommendations based on data, interviews, and assessments.
