The role supports the delivery of legal services through structured project management, improving efficiency, transparency and value for clients. The team operates across the UK and Europe, combining legal expertise with technology and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex legal matters - Support the delivery of legal work across transactions, disputes and multi‑jurisdictional projects, ensuring structure and consistency in approach. Work closely with legal teams to coordinate activities and maintain delivery standards.
- Define scope and planning - Establish clear scopes, deliverables and success criteria for each matter. Develop budgets, timelines and resource plans to support effective execution.
- Implement governance frameworks - Create communication plans, risk registers and reporting structures to ensure transparency and control. Monitor progress and elevate risks or issues where necessary.
