A Continuous Improvement Manager opportunity is available at this leading law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead key transformation initiatives, rolling out innovative ways of working that enhance efficiency, drive value, and improve client service. Key Responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement Manager
- Maintaining a continuous improvement road map for the Change Function to prioritise activities and generate business value as quickly and effectively as possible
- Providing accurate and timely status reporting at critical milestones for key stakeholders (including senior stakeholders)
- Managing resolution of issues related to project and continuous improvement initiatives through to completion
- Identifying resources or SMEs required to deliver continuous improvement initiatives to deliver changes and realise business benefits
- Implement appropriate reviews and touchpoints to evaluate improvement progress and realign plans where appropriate
- Building strong relationships across all levels within UK & International businesses by supporting the leadership team to drive a continuous improvement culture, gaining buy-in from key stakeholders and ensuring best practice implementation
- Collaborate with teams to map out changes required across people, process and technology
Skills & Attributes of the Continuous Improvement Manager
- Experienced Change, Transformation or Continuous Improvement specialist within legal or professional services
- A track record in solving complex problems and driving high-quality outputs to land continuous improvement changes
- The ability to build effective relationships and take people through change at all levels of an organisation
- Experienced in building a positive change culture and people development
- A proven track record for personally delivering tangible business outcomes, including providing innovative and strategic solutions to complex business problems or opportunities
- Possess an innovative and client-centric mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities to drive improvements across the business that are aligned to strategy
