Key Responsibilities of the Business Process Analyst
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Maps and documents core people processes across the global HR function, ensuring clarity and standardisation.
- Data Analysis & Optimisation: Analyses process data and local variations to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engages with senior HR and fee-earner stakeholders around the world to gather requirements, define objectives, and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Standardisation & Compliance: Develops comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Technology & Automation: Partners with HRIS and IT teams to implement technology-driven solutions for process automation and optimisation.
Skills & Attributes of the Business Process Analyst
- HR and Industry Experience: Brings substantial experience in business process improvement within HR, preferably within professional services or law firms, and demonstrates the ability to engage with individuals at all seniority levels to assess and enhance current processes.
- Analytical Expertise: Demonstrates strong analytical skills, adept at collecting, organising, analysing, and interpreting complex global datasets to inform decision-making.
