Key Responsibilities of the Legal Project Manager
- Manage complex legal matters - Support the delivery of legal work across transactions, disputes and multi-jurisdictional projects, ensuring structure and consistency in approach. Work closely with legal teams to coordinate activities and maintain delivery standards.
- Define scope and planning - Establish clear scopes, deliverables and success criteria for each matter. Develop budgets, timelines and resource plans to support effective execution.
