This high-growth, PE-backed software and tech business is hiring a newly created BI Analyst to take ownership of business intelligence and data reporting across the organisation. This role is designed for someone with strong BI/analytics skills who thrives in a fast-paced and growing business where you will be guiding reporting, shaping processes, and acting as the go-to person for data-driven insight across the business.
Key Responsibilities of the BI Analyst:
- Own BI and reporting – Lead the design, development, and delivery of dashboards and reports for the C-Suite and across all functions.
- Translate data into strategy – Partner with commercial and operational leaders to provide insights that shape decision-making.
- Develop data processes – Improve data governance, quality, and consistency to ensure trusted insights.
- Introduce new tools and approaches – Bring fresh ideas and innovations to enhance how the business uses BI.
- Act as a data champion – Build relationships across teams, promoting data-led thinking throughout the organisation.
