Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Transformation Programmes – Manage and deliver complex banking operations transformation programmes across retail and commercial banking environments, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
- Advise Senior Stakeholders – Provide strategic guidance on target operating models, operational resilience and cost transformation initiatives while building trusted relationships with senior client leaders.
- Drive Business Development – Lead sales activity, support proposal development and contribute to revenue growth through client engagement, bid preparation and proposition development.
- Develop Industry Thought Leadership – Contribute to market‑leading insights on topics including artificial intelligence, operational transformation and technology adoption within banking operations.
- Lead High‑Performing Teams – Coach and develop Managers and Senior Managers while fostering a collaborative, inclusive and performance‑focused culture.
Skills & Attributes:
- Banking Transformation Expertise – Demonstrable experience delivering large‑scale transformation programmes within retail and commercial banking, from strategy development through to implementation.
- Programme Leadership Skills – Strong capability in leading complex projects involving operating model design, process optimisation, automation, migrations or large‑scale change initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management Experience – Proven ability to engage, influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership teams.
