We are recruiting Groundworkers in Truro for housing, commercial, and civils projects. Forward-tipping dumper experience is required, and candidates must have a NPORS or CPCS ticket with CSCS logo. If the ticket does not include the logo, a separate CSCS card is required.
Your Role:
- Deep and shallow drainage installation
- Foundations, footings, and trench work
- Concrete pouring, finishing, and reinstatement
- Kerbing, paving, and external works
- Ducting, services, and utilities
- General groundwork and civils support
Requirements:
- NPORS or CPCS forward-tipping dumper ticket with CSCS logo, or separate CSCS card
- Full PPE
- Reliable, safety-aware, and able to work in a team
- Own transport beneficial
Civils Projects (Optional):
- EUSR card required
- Experience on utilities projects (water, gas, electric)
Pay: £20.00 - £28.00/hr depending on experience and role
