Job description
Harbron Recruit is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator / Paint Sprayer to join a leading niche construction company on ongoing projects in Exeter .
This role will involve working alongside specialist fire stopping teams, applying intumescent coatings to structural steel and other surfaces. Previous paint spraying experience is essential . Experience with intumescent coatings is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established contractor.
Duties will include:
- Applying intumescent coatings to structural steel and other surfaces
- Operating airless spray equipment
- Preparing surfaces prior to spraying
- Working alongside specialist fire stopping teams
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
