We are currently recruiting experienced groundworkers for a range of projects across multiple active housing construction and civil engineering (civils) sites in Devon. With a strong pipeline of work, we can offer a mixture of long-term and short-term projects throughout the area.
The Role: You will be involved in all aspects of groundworks on housing and civils sites, including:
- Drainage installation (deep and shallow)
- Foundations and footings
- Concreting and finishing works
- Kerbing, edging, and paving
- Ducting and service installation
- Infrastructure and civils works
- General groundworks and site preparation
About You: We are looking for experienced candidates who have worked across housing construction and civils projects and can confidently operate on busy sites.
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Full PPE
- Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks
- Experience on housing or civils projects advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own transport advantageous (due to site locations)
- Machine tickets (dumper, roller, excavator) are beneficial but not essential
