Harbron Recruit are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join a remedial works project in Clevedon, Bristol .
We are looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson with a strong background in remedial, refurbishment and maintenance works , particularly sanding down boards and preparing surfaces to a high standard .
This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for ongoing construction work , with further opportunities available through Harbron Recruit.
Duties Sanding down boards as part of remedial works
Preparing and finishing surfaces to a high standard
Carrying out general remedial and maintenance works
Assisting with refurbishment and finishing works
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all site health and safety requirements
Requirements Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Proven experience in remedial and refurbishment works
Experience sanding down boards
Own sander and suitable dust extractor
Own JSP mask
Full PPE
Reliable and professional attitude
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK
