We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join a busy construction project in Plymouth. You will be working as part of a team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the site, helping to keep things safe, clean, and operational throughout the build programme.
Key Duties
- General labouring duties including site clearance, loading and unloading materials, and keeping work areas tidy.
- Assisting trades on site including bricklayers, groundworkers and joiners as directed.
- Moving and distributing materials, plant and equipment around the site safely.
- Carrying out basic preparation work such as mixing, digging and levelling as required.
- Following site safety procedures, attending inductions and maintaining a clean and compliant site environment.
Requirements
- Full PPE is essential — hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety boots, gloves and eye protection must be worn at all times.
- CSCS card is desirable — applicants without one are still encouraged to apply.
- Previous site experience is preferred; a positive attitude and willingness to work hard is essential.
