We are recruiting a Fixed Plant Operative for our client's busy site in Newton Abbot. This is an ongoing, long-term role, perfect for someone who is reliable, consistent, and keen to learn. No experience is needed as full training will be given.
Shift work; Candidate will be working a shift pattern. Shifts will either be 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm.
Responsibilities- Carry out daily maintenance checks and report issues
- Support general site tasks (cleaning, loading, material handling)
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations
- Reliable and committed individual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with tasks and working hours
- Own transport is essential (site location not accessible by public transport)
- Full PPE required
