Are you a dynamic sales executive who would like to direct and utilize your skills within the recruitment sector? Or are you an existing recruitment professional? This is an exciting career opportunity to join a dynamic recruitment team. We are looking for talented, motivated and committed recruitment consultants or sales executives who are able to retain, manage and win new business by building strong, professional relationships with clients and candidates.
OBJECTIVE: To use your selling ability and proficient telephone skills to source and recruit the best candidates. To be confident and persuasive when conducting calls and to quickly grasp and learn the necessary recruitment skills through the training provided that will develop you into a recruitment professional. If you can demonstrate a strong recruitment or sales background you will be considered. You must be confident in talking to prospective clients and candidates. There is great potential to exceed the advertised salary based on your own efforts and work commitment. Ongoing training is provided with individuals encouraged to successfully develop within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New business generation and development of new client relationships
- Providing a quality recruitment service to clients and candidates
- Build up a profile of hiring managers/clients
- Proactively market candidates to new contacts
- Identify current and future role vacancies
- Develop a deep understanding of client companies including structure and culture
- Liaising with and/or reporting to Manager & Directors
- Learning and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company’s services
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
- All recruitment and sales backgrounds are considered and there are always opportunities to develop within the company
- Must be keen to leverage your experience and further your career with a long-term view
- A relationship builder capable of developing new and existing clients
- Highly motivated, ambitious, a positive attitude, sales focused and financially driven
- Exceptional customer service skills with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Sourcing, interviewing and telephone screening candidates
- Must have proficient IT skills and literacy
SALARY & BENEFITS: Exceptional earning potential (OTE £40K+) with a basic salary of £22,000/£24,000 dependent upon experience. An excellent commission structure, bonuses and incentives. With fantastic career prospects you will be encouraged to develop your career as far and as fast as you want.
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm 1 HOURS LUNCH (35 HOURS PER WEEK)
