Role Purpose

To run the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the business is organised, compliant and well-supported across administration, finance, HR, health & safety and project documentation. The Office Manager is the operational backbone of the business keeping ISO-accredited systems, supplier records and project paperwork in good order, and acting as the central point of contact for clients, subcontractors and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, with light support to the Exeter office.
  • First point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, suppliers and client enquiries.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, IT liaison, facilities and general housekeeping.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and document control across project, supplier and HR files.
  • Process purchase orders, supplier invoices and subcontractor applications.
