We are currently recruiting for a CSCS Labourer Job in Exeter for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The successful candidate will work as part of a professional team, travelling to various construction sites and supporting specialist fire stopping operatives with materials handling and general site duties. Key Requirements- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Clean, full UK driving licence with a minimum of 3 points or fewer (essential)
- Must be aged 25 or over for company vehicle insurance purposes
- Ability to travel daily to our Exeter head office
- Previous construction site experience
- References required and will be checked
- Up-to-date CV must be provided
- Experience in fire stopping, passive fire protection, or similar specialist construction work is advantageous but not essential
- Assisting fire stopping contractors on-site
- Moving materials and equipment
- General labouring duties on construction sites
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Travelling to various sites across Devon
- Driving the company van when required
