We are currently hiring experienced Groundworkers or Groundworker Gangs for ongoing projects in Dartmouth. This Groundworker role is ideal for individuals or established groundworker gangs with experience in foundations, drainage, and finishing groundworks, looking for consistent work and long-term opportunities.

Groundworker Duties:

  • Foundations, drainage, and general groundwork
  • Kerbing, edging, slabbing, and finishing works
  • Working independently or as part of a groundworker gang
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site

Groundworker Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Groundworker or part of a groundworker gang
  • Valid CSCS card (required if no machine tickets are held)
  • Machine tickets are desirable but not essential
  • Any machine tickets must be valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to deadlines
