We are actively recruiting for an experienced Landscaper to join a busy and growing team in Cullompton, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in hard landscaping and soft landscaping looking for full-time, ongoing landscaping work with competitive hourly rates.

Position: Landscaper (Hard & Soft Landscaping)
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing
Salary: £18.50 - £22.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate start available
Hours: 7:30am start (7:15am yard arrival required)
Transport: Own transport essential due to rural location
Certification: CSCS card required
Landscaper Duties (Hard & Soft Landscaping)
- Carrying out all aspects of hard landscaping, including paving, patios, fencing, decking and groundwork
- Completing soft landscaping tasks such as turfing, planting, soil preparation and garden installations
- Site preparation, clearance and general landscaping maintenance
- Using hand tools and power tools safely on site
- Working efficiently as part of a professional landscaping team
Skills & Experience Required for Landscaper Role
- Proven experience in landscaping, groundworks or outdoor construction
- Strong knowledge of both hard landscaping and soft landscaping techniques
- Experience with paving, fencing, turfing and planting preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Valid CSCS card essential
