We are currently recruiting experienced Skilled Labourers for ongoing construction projects across Cornwall, including Truro, Padstow, Newquay, Launceston, and nearby areas. This role is ideal for a Skilled Labourer looking to work on a variety of projects, combining hands-on labouring tasks with specialised skills required by clients.
Role Overview
You will work as a Skilled Labourer, assisting with groundworks, general construction tasks, and supporting tradespeople across the site. This is a hands-on role requiring both general labouring and skilled work in line with project requirements.
Key duties include:
- Undertaking tasks as a Skilled Labourer, including groundworks, concreting, and site preparation
- Supporting tradespeople with specialised tasks as required by the client
- Maintaining clean, tidy, and safe working areas on site
- Assisting with the movement of materials and plant as needed
- Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Skilled Labourer on construction sites
- Ability to undertake both general labouring and skilled site tasks
- Valid CSCS card (minimum Green Labourer)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a site team
- Physically fit and capable of handling a varied workload
