We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join an ongoing project in Helston, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term, consistent work on a secure site.
Key Responsibilities:
- General site labouring duties
- Assisting trades and site personnel as required
- Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the project
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own transport due to the site location
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to commit to the duration of the project
- References available upon request
Security Clearance Requirements:
Due to the nature of the site, successful candidates will be required to complete security screening before commencing work. A DBS certificate will be required. Existing DBS certificates may be accepted if they have been issued within the last 6 months. Candidates will also be required to undergo a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. Please note that the BPSS process can take between 14 weeks to complete, depending on employment history, references, and background verification requirements. As these checks are funded by our client, applicants must be able to commit to the role and guarantee their availability throughout the clearance process and be ready to start work immediately upon successful completion of all checks.
