We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to play a key role in driving safety, compliance, automation, and efficiency improvements across our production and distribution sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives on solving problems, managing projects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain process improvements within Operations
- Coordinate and manage internal and external contractors
- Support and track continuous improvement projects (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Provide day-to-day operational support across Fixed Mills
- Develop project plans, manage risks, and monitor progress
- Gather and report operational data to support business performance
About You
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong IT proficiency and attention to detail
- High integrity, dependability, and time management
- Knowledge of agriculture or manufacturing operations
