Reports to: Head of Fixed Mills

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to play a key role in driving safety, compliance, automation, and efficiency improvements across our production and distribution sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives on solving problems, managing projects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain process improvements within Operations
• Coordinate and manage internal and external contractors
• Support and track continuous improvement projects (Lean / Six Sigma)
• Provide day-to-day operational support across Fixed Mills
• Develop project plans, manage risks, and monitor progress
• Gather and report operational data to support business performance

About You

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong IT proficiency and attention to detail
• High integrity, dependability, and time management
• Knowledge of agriculture or manufacturing operations
