We are looking for a practical, reliable and hands-on Mill Operative (Lead) to join our Mintlaw blending operation. This role would suit someone with experience in:
- Feed milling
- Agricultural operations

The successful candidate will help oversee daily mill operations, ensure feed is manufactured safely and to specification, support production scheduling, and act as key site contact when the Site Manager is unavailable.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating and overseeing blending activities
- Supporting production and raw material scheduling
- Ensuring quality and UFAS standards are maintained
- Sampling and stock control
- Supporting maintenance and housekeeping
- Working closely with drivers, customers and site staff
