We serve a global client base that includes leading enterprises, enabling them to transform data and AI assets into powerful business value. Our clients include Moody\’s, CoreLogic, and Aboitiz.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Community Executive to help us build visibility, influence, and commercial opportunity across our market.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Lead the development and growth of Harbr’s professional community for data marketplace leaders
  • Build, maintain, and leverage a CRM/database to track and log community interactions, feedback and capture insights to guide campaign performance and future strategy to evolve the community offering
  • Coordinate logistics and promotion for in-person and virtual events globally
  • Engage with community members, speakers, and partners to build lasting relationships
  • Work with agencies and freelancers to produce and repurpose event content
  • Track engagement, feedback, and opportunities to evolve the community offering

Digital Advocacy & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to publish consistent, engaging LinkedIn content
  • Build the voice of Harbr across social platforms
  • Contribute to a growing thought leadership presence in data and AI

Event Representation & Brand Visibility

  • Represent Harbr at industry events (e.g. Big Data LDN, CDO Exchange)
  • Support the creation of event strategies that build brand recognition and generate interest
  • Capture and repurpose event content for marketing campaigns

Content Creation & Media Engagement

  • Join podcasts, create short-form videos, and help write blog posts and thought leadership content
  • Collaborate with partners to amplify content and messaging
  • Maintain a steady drumbeat of campaign and brand content

Public Speaking & Engagements

  • Present at meetups, webinars, and small-scale conferences (with support as needed)
  • Support the wider team with decks and prep for external appearances
  • Help secure relevant speaking slots by building relationships with event organisers

Lead Generation & Commercial Support

  • Help convert content, events, and community engagement into qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to support campaigns, list building, and outreach
  • Monitor performance and share learnings across the business

Skills & Experience

  • Significant and demonstrable experience in5+ years in B2B marketing (ideally in SaaS, data, or tech)
  • Expertise in building and nurturing professional communities, with strong networking skills and a proactive, “make things happen” mindset
  • Confident communicator – on camera, on stage, and online
  • Strong content creation skills (written, visual, and video)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a marketing and engagement channel
  • Experience supporting or running in-person and online events
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a growing business
  • Experienced in using CRM tools and data to track engagement, measure campaign performance, and inform strategy
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
