This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the London office. The Vice President, Content Creation, Wealth Product Management will have overall accountability for product marketing and sales enablement materials (RFP), educational content, and internal sales support materials including competitor analysis for our evergreen funds business. The ideal candidate is someone who is: Has a strong understanding of private market evergreen vehicles or liquid strategies, and has a deep knowledge of private markets and the private wealth market. Has experience supervising the development of product marketing presentation content and sales enablement (RFP) materials for private wealth and / or liquid strategies bringing to bear knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape. Has strong written and editorial skills. Project management expertise to deliver content on time. Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and highly matrixed environment. Strong relationship skills to partner closely with fellow HarbourVest professionals. Proficiency in supervising a team that is geographically dispersed. Entrepreneurial approach, with a change-management mentality and comfort working in an area that may not always have established precedents. What you will do: Lead a distributed team focused on content creation Have overall accountability for crafting the narrative and the story of our evergreen products and improves the intellectual property of the message we are communicating Supervise the development of product marketing materials and educational content for HarbourVest’s evergreen funds business including creating and evolving content. Materials include presentations, e-mail templates, thought leadership, and content for webcasts (client updates and thought leadership). Accountable for content dissemination, ensuring content is packaged in the most appropriate format and disseminated to the right audiences. Supervise the creation and maintenance of internal sales support materials for HarbourVest’s evergreen funds including talking points and responses to common questions. Be responsible for all aspects of the development and evolution of written wealth content: sales enablement requests, fundraising inquiries, client service requests, and internal talking points. Using deep product and wealth expertise, this individual will be leading all aspects of both the development of new responses to client / prospect questions and RFPs and bringing to bear existing content. Drive the development of high-quality presentation and written materials that aid sales efforts by effectively articulating HarbourVest’s unique value proposition to target audiences, and evolving this content to incorporate market, sales, investment team and data science team feedback. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing materials using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts. Report on volumes and turnaround times for product marketing materials and sales enablement volumes. Be responsible for a deep understanding of the competitive product landscape, while maintaining HarbourVest’s internal competitive analysis. These efforts will enable the firm to articulate its differentiated positioning in private wealth. Be responsible for the implementation and improvement of technology solutions and workflow tools to improve efficiency, automation and end to end processes. Operate within a client/ prospect first orientation: the goal is to deliver high quality responses and content that meets client/ prospect deadlines. Work with internal teams to forward plan the wider Wealth marketing and communications strategy including thought leadership, conferences, webinars, press and broader client engagement. Education Preferred: Strong academic and professional credentials. MBA and / or CFA preferred, but not required. Experience: 12-15+ years of product marketing, sales enablement or product roles for evergreen vehicles or liquid strategies. Relevant backgrounds include product specialist, product marketing, sales enablement, investment banking, investment operations, consulting or transaction services experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
