The Senior Manager, Client Ops New Business Implementation will assist with operational aspects of launching innovative new investment solutions. This role is directly involved in the firm\’s expansion and will be part of the Client Operations team, responsible for establishing key operational frameworks for new areas.

It involves close collaboration across various departments including Strategy, Innovation, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Investor Relations, Private Wealth, Tax, and Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as external providers.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

• Cross-functional expertise in one or more of the following operational functions: Accounting, Client Experience, Performance/Analytics, Transfer Agent, Treasury
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make operational decisions on projects, seeking input from diverse perspectives
• Experience with complex fund structures, including private equity, credit investments, and performance fee structures
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Proven experience working in team environments, with leadership or facilitation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior professionals to assess operational needs for new products
• Support all aspects of client operational launch from concept to transition
• Assess operational processes and technology requirements, leveraging past experience
• Establish dependencies and goals to meet launch targets
• Review legal and product documentation from an operational perspective
• Gather and evaluate feedback to inform product and operational decisions
• Coordinate with operational leads to ensure readiness
• Share insights to improve product strategies and efficiencies

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in private markets or asset management, focusing on client operations and fund structuring
• Experience with product launches and related operational topics
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, LUX GAAP, and other accounting standards
• Understanding of alternative investment fund mechanics and legal structures

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years in private equity or alternative asset classes
