This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.

HarbourVest is seeking a Client Service Analyst to join our Client Service team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be based in our London office with a hybrid workstyle three days in the office per week. This role will work closely with Account Managers, and across HarbourVest functional teams to handle a broad range of incoming requests from institutional and intermediary clients.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

  • A minimum of two years working within the financial services/asset management industry
  • Committed to providing a high level of service to clients and internal partners
  • Able to work independently whilst also being a great teammate!
  • Flourishes in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven
  • Enjoys working with people across functions and geographies

What you will do:

  • Play an integral role in supporting client relationships by listening, understanding, and appropriately responding to client needs
  • Support the broader Client Service team in prioritising incoming requests and help deliver accurate and timely responses
  • Think and act quickly, analytically, and creatively to determine solutions for client needs
  • Work as an adaptable teammate who proactively assists with workload rebalancing and high-priority items, and collaborates with colleagues in other regions

What you bring:

  • Highly motivated, organised and detail oriented
  • Strong attention to detail, focus on execution of tasks, and adaptability to meet changing timelines and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience:

  • A minimum of two years working within the financial services/asset management industry
