This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.

HarbourVest is seeking a Client Service Analyst to join our Client Service team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be based in our London office with a hybrid workstyle three days in the office per week. This role will work closely with Account Managers, and across HarbourVest functional teams to handle a broad range of incoming requests from institutional and intermediary clients.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

1. A minimum of two years working within the financial services/asset management industry
2. Committed to providing a high level of service to clients and internal partners
3. Able to work independently whilst also being a great teammate!
4. Flourishes in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
5. Detail oriented and deadline driven
6. Enjoys working with people across functions and geographies

What you will do:

1. Play an integral role in supporting client relationships by listening, understanding, and appropriately responding to client needs
2. Support the broader Client Service team in prioritising incoming requests and help deliver accurate and timely responses
3. Think and act quickly, analytically, and creatively to determine solutions for client needs
4. Work as an adaptable teammate who proactively assists with workload rebalancing and high-priority items, and collaborates with colleagues in other regions

What you bring:

1. Highly motivated, organised and detail oriented
2. Strong attention to detail, focus on execution of tasks, and adaptability to meet changing timelines and priorities
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience:

A minimum of two years working within the financial services/asset management industry
