This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. The Product Launch Senior Associate will assist with leading the launch of innovative new investment solutions for our clients, including those utilizing existing or new operating models. This is an exciting role directly involved in the firm\’s expansion. The Product Launch Senior Associate (London) will be part of the Strategy, Innovation, and Execution function, responsible for building the firm in new areas. The ideal candidate is someone who is/has: Entrepreneurial, creative, thoughtful, and flexible, with experience assisting in developing, fleshing out, and launching new investment products or solutions, preferably within private markets Exceptional attention to detail and ability to push for decisions on a project while seeking input from different perspectives, without existing precedents Excellent at communicating complex concepts in simple terms, in writing and in person Experience working in team environments, with the ability to lead or facilitate group efforts and influence colleagues and counterparties using various techniques Organized and effective in supporting key initiatives, with the willingness and capability to assume responsibility and ownership of tasks Focused on having a significant impact on the business, considering short- and long-term opportunities and risks What you will do: The Product Launch Senior Associate will assist in developing specific new products that align with the firm\’s strategy, including: Assisting from concept approval to the first subscription Supporting launch plans Establishing dependencies and goals to meet targets Reviewing legal, marketing, and other documentation from a commercial perspective Gathering feedback from the organization to inform product decisions Coordinating with operational leads to support new products Sharing insights to influence product strategy and planning Contributing to research and development before launch Maintaining product development and launch pipelines Updating tools, templates, and resources for product development Other responsibilities as required This role involves collaboration across various teams within the firm and with external providers and advisors. What you bring: 3-6 years of experience in private markets or asset management, focused on structuring, product development, or launch Proven ability to lead multi-dimensional projects Strong familiarity with private equity or private markets Understanding of investment fund mechanics and inter-dependencies Project management experience with leadership skills Knowledge of legal structures for private investments Understanding of business models Education Preferred: Bachelor\’s degree Nice to have: JD, MBA, or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
