Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, carts, and related items using mechanical or handwashing methods.
  • Stock and rotate food and non‑food supplies using appropriate storage techniques.
  • Maintain proper chemical amounts and temperatures for the dish machine and sinks.
  • Conduct closedown procedures, including sweeping, mopping floors, trash removal, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is turned off and storage areas locked.
