We are currently recruiting for a global construction manufacturer in one of the biggest growth sectors across the UK. This is a rare opportunity where our client is not looking for any kind of industry background but people who have specification experience, dealt with architects or contractors and are commercial in their approach.

Role:

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, architects and surveyors
  • Undertake surveys including core samples, specifications & quotations
  • Take ownership of the decision maker
  • Generate and convert specifications, including both spec generation and spec breaking activity
  • Promote the full product portfolio
  • Deliver CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients

Candidate:

  • Has experience of specification sales market
  • Ideally within the construction industry
  • Background dealing with contractors and architects
  • Self-reliant and resilient
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Able to build strong customer relationships
  • Lives in the area (Yorkshire/Northeast)

  • Basic Salary: up to £62,000
