An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Engineer to join our team, supporting the Polytec, BUR, and Liquid Divisions. We are seeking a suitably qualified and motivated individual to provide on-site technical support, ensuring our business can successfully fulfil its service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing contract monitoring inspections in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all installations adhere to specified requirements.
- Produce and submit installation progress and survey reports within agreed standards and timeframes.
- Complete project sign-offs, safeguarding company interests under guarantee offers.
- Arrange guaranteed document issuance, including photographic records for reference.
- Investigate and evaluate complaints, producing detailed reports.
- Assist Area Business Managers in conducting site surveys and preparing detailed client specifications and designs.
- Plan and deliver training for system installers, approving or rejecting individuals based on performance.
- Assess contractors as part of the Approved Contractor evaluation process to ensure high workmanship standards.
- Support the Technical & Marketing teams in the development of new products and systems.
