As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining customer pricing across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and commercial effectiveness. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to provide insight, support decision‑making, and drive pricing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage customer pricing agreements, ensuring all approvals are obtained and documented.
- Maintain and update pricing across internal systems and sales tools.
- Support margin analysis on customer deals, tenders, and promotions.
- Assist in building pricing structures, including discounts and rebates.
- Provide support and resolution for pricing‑related queries across the business.
- Monitor promotional spend and commercial support activity against targets.
- Support the sales team with accurate pricing for quotations and projects.
- Ensure all pricing data remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.
About You
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy.
- Experience working with pricing, commercial data, or contracts.
